Degreaser
Our Degreaser is a multi-surface alkaline cleaner/ degreaser that is designed to clean many surfaces including: Concrete, Brick, Limestone, Granite, EIFS, Vinyl siding, Shingles, Awnings, Fiberglass. When used on exterior surfaces, it will remove oxidation and other unwanted soils without brushing. Dynamite Degreaser will remove carbon, oil, tire and other stains on concrete.Additionally, it will brighten concrete providing a fresh look.
Graffiti removal
For graffiti removal we use a premium chemical designed for porous masonry surfaces, such as brick, concrete, slate, granite, stucco, and other similar surfaces. The graffiti chemical we use soaks into porous surfaces, releasing paint from surface and subsurface layers of masonry to remove the paint and its shadow. Works in cold, hot, wet, and dry conditions. It is water based and reacts quickly.
Rust Removal
For rust removal we use a high quality, heavy duty acid cleaner specially designed for rust removal from concrete, masonry, wood and other hard surfaces. Our rust remover will remove rust stains created by sprinkler systems, railing or other exterior steel structures.
Gutter Cleaning Solution
Black streaks on gutters are a common problem for homeowners. Dirt, pollutants, and environmental debris accumulate on the surface of gutters, creating unsightly black streaks that can damage your gutter system over time.
Raindrops leave airborne pollutants on the aluminum gutters, which bond with the surfaces through electrostatic attraction, causing fine particulate matter to embed on the gutters. You cannot power wash black streaks off of your gutters.
Water runoff overflowing to the side of the gutters carries asphalt from the roof shingles, which chemically bonds with the aluminum gutters and results in tiger or zebra stripes.
Wood and Deck Cleaning

At Hyper Shine we use a super-top-secret formula and just the right amount of pressure. We will leave your deck looking brand new and ready to enjoy. Actually, it is not that top secret, it is a Sodium Metasilicate cleaner that only pros know about (and maybe your chemistry teacher). This Sodium Metasilicate based formula is specifically engineered to provide superior results while being gentle on wood surfaces, leaving that natural wood look!

We utilize a special solution designed for the safe and effective choice for cleaning of Monuments, Tomb-stones, Sculptures, Government buildings and much more! Algae, Lichens, Moss, Fungus, and Mildews have met their match.
As professional exterior cleaners, we’ve all taken the washer’s hippocratic oath, “First do no harm”. Taking high pressure to monuments and sculptures is a no-go. Competitors will make the mistake of using Sodium Hypochlorite that attacks the stone itself and all those salts can really wreak havoc at a molecular level.
